Home Gutting to 4'

If you had up to 3 feet of water in your home, this option is for you. We will remove all damage furniture, base cabinets, sheet rock to 4 feet, all insulation, and all flooring. We request that you remove whatever you plan to salvage prior to remediation. We will not remove items above the water line that have not been damaged.

Adjustor Consultation

To give you increased peace of mind about your insurance adjustment, we can meet with your adjustor at your appointment time to walk through and ensure that they don't miss any damages or remediation and restoration needs.

If you had more than 3' of water in your home, sheet rock will need to be removed up to 8'. The same services will be provided for a 4' home gut over a higher area. Please remove items that you want to salvage. We will remove all damaged items including furniture.

The cost for full home restoration is between $15-$67 per square foot depending on your personalized needs. You will be billed with an invoice at each point on a draw schedule for services rendered. 
10% due upon signed agreement
25% due at onset of work for initial materials and labor
30% due when electrical and plumbing rough-ins, insulation, and sheet rock are installed
25% due when all trim, cabinets, and counter tops are installed, and paint is complete
8% due when all flooring is complete
2% due at final completion of inspections and punch lists
